About

Jayme Jo is an Australian Lebanese performer, actor and social media personality. She grew up training in all forms of dance as well singing and acting and performed onstage in various pro-amateur productions, before taking her love for the stage and the arts further.
Jayme attended the renowned Newton Highschool of the Performing Arts and then graduated from Brent Street Performing Arts in 2018 with a Diploma in Performing Arts. From there she went on to perform on stage for various live shows and events plus music videos and television commercials, all the while growing a social media presence centred around her love for uplifting young Australians in the beauty space. Jayme Jo’s followers are now at almost 1million!
Back on stage, Jayme Jo made her professional theatre debut in the 2019 touring production of Billy Elliot before booking one of her dream roles as the original Bullet in the Australian Company of Hamilton. She also appeared in SBS’s “The Ropes” as a featured actor and has modelled for many brands like Adidas, Sephora, Maybelline, Bonds and more.
She continues to work as a social media creator across YouTube, Tiktok and Instagram engaging thousands with her beauty, fashion and lifestyle tips and she is constantly hard at work on her stage and screen craft.
In 2024 Jayme Jo will be playing the role of Francisca (and understudy to Anita) in Opera Australia’s production of West Side Story on Sydney Harbour.
